During the onboarding stage, we typically ask homeowners if they are looking to increase the property value and sell.

If the answer to sell the property is NO:
No Realtor Required - Mortgage Financing Only

Our mortgage broker partner does the financing for the home improvement project and may continue to provide advice and financing to this homeowner.

OPTION B

If the answer to sell the property is YES:

- For Real Estate Advice and Services

We connect the homeowner with one local / nearby realtor to manage the sale of the property and the purchase of a new property.

- For Mortgage Financing Advice and Services

Our mortgage broker partner is automatically assigned by our software to facilitate the financing of the home improvement project.

Our mortgage broker partner may also provide the financing for the purchase of the new property

Once a deal closes, your brokerage keeps 85% of the buyer’s or seller’s gross commission, while Extraboost receives the remaining 15% as our referral fee. Plus, your first 3 months is FREE! 0% referral fee!

We try to have an average of 3–5 partners operating in each area. But whenever and wherever clients need more responsiveness, there may be more partners.
